The Office of Strategy & Analytics is an enterprise-level team that supports the Executive VP for Finance & Operations at Clemson University.
David Watson, Director of Financial Analysis
David is the Director of Financial Analysis for the Office of Strategy and Analytics. David manages graduate program financial analysis, as well as prepares analysis and recommendations for other university initiatives. David spent five years as a budget analyst in the Budget Office of Clemson University. Prior to coming to Clemson he spent over 10 years as a Financial Advisor in Greenville, SC. David obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Clemson University.
STEVE HULME, SENIOR ANALYST FOR FINANCE AND OPERATIONS
Steve Hulme is Senior Analyst for Finance and Operations at Clemson University. He provides financial consulting related to developing long-range operating budgets, business plans, and proforma analytical tools for auxiliary units and other entities. Steve is also responsible for reporting and analysis utilizing the University’s information system regarding HR, financial, student, and facility data. Steve brings 30+ years of financial experience at Georgia-Pacific Corp. focused in manufacturing cost, investment & decision analysis, and corporate financial planning & analysis. Steve obtained his BBA in Finance and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
