Equine Event Permit (EEP) Information and Forms
NOTICE: The Equine Event Permit (EEP) will soon be replaced by the EECVI. As of December 31, 2019, all Equine Event Permits will expire and only the EECVI will be recognized for interstate movement.
Extended Equine Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (EECVI)
Due to the Equine Herpes Virus-1 (EHV-1)/Equine Herpes Myeloencephalopathy (EHM) outbreak, South Carolina is not accepting Extended Equine Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (EECVI) until further notice. Please see the Equine Import Requirements.
