Training Dates

COVID-19 Update: We will be offering three live, on-line Zoom recertification training classes this spring.  We are in the process of setting up these trainings and the registration for them.  Preliminary dates will be listed below as we set them up; they are subject to change until the list is finalized.  We hope that the COVID-19 threat will have abated by June 1, and have therefore begun to schedule in-person classes from June 1 through August.  Those classes are subject to postponement if the COVID-19 threat has not abated by that time.  We have also moved the deadline to obtain 10 recertification hours back from June 30, 2020 to October 1, 2020 to allow growers more time to obtain their hours, and to allow us more time to offer trainings.  We will be mailing in-person course dates, including the Zoom trainings with instructions, to CAMM growers in April.

Our most recent list of full-day, initial training classes and recertification classes is listed below.  It is very important that growers call the number listed for a particular training to indicate they will attend.  We must make sure we have enough room, materials, and meals for those attending, and if a training is canceled due to COVID-19 concerns, inclement weather, or few registrations we will need growers' names to inform them of the cancellation.

We offer two full-day, initial certification trainings each year, usually in February or March.  Recertification trainings are offered around the State in various locations, with one set of recertification trainings planned from January through March and a second set of recertification trainings planned from May through August.  No recertification trainings are planned in the Fall, but a few may be offered during Integrator-planned meetings and during conferences for various Agricultural Organizations.  The winter training schedule is usually posted in mid-December; the summer training schedule is usually posted in early May.
