
Meals are designed with the athlete in mind, and input from the coaches and rowers. Teams have specific meal times, but are subject to change based on the particular needs of the teams attending each week. The Dining Hall is closed between meals.
6am BREAKFAST SNACK
- Cold cereals
- Toast, bagels, muffins
- Peanut butter and jelly
- Fresh fruit
- Juice, milk, coffee
10am BRUNCH
- Breakfast salad bar
- Pancakes, waffles or french toast
- Eggs (scrambled)
- Potatoes (baked potato triangles or hash browns)
- Fresh fruit, toast, bagels
- Peanut butter and jelly
- Juice/milk/coffee
2-3pm AFTERNOON SNACK
- Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
- Sports drinks and juices
- Soup and canned fruit
6pm DINNER
- Entrée (chicken, turkey, fish or ham, rotated nightly)
- Vegetables
- Potatoes (baked, boiled or mashed)
- Rolls or Bread ?????
- Salad, rice and pasta bar (all you can eat)
- Dessert
- Iced tea and milk
Bag meals are available for $5.00 per meal. ¬ 48-hour notice is required.
