Professor Donnelly joined the Clemson School of Accountancy in June 2017 after earning her Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida. Prior to pursuing a doctoral degree, she worked in accounting at Ascend Learning, Inc. and worked as an auditor at Ernst and Young in Kansas City, Missouri. She holds an undergraduate and master’s degree in accounting from Kansas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Kansas (inactive).

 Research Interests

Professor Donnelly’s research focuses on auditor judgment and decision making utilizing behavioral research methods. She is interested in examining how various factors in an auditor’s work environment influence their judgments and decisions.
