Aspire to Be Well for Undergraduate Students

Aspire to Be Well is a 90 minute peer-led health- and safety-focused dialogue presented by Healthy Campus student facilitators. The dialogue covers three areas key to maintaining a safe campus including mental health and wellness, alcohol and other drug misuse, and interpersonal violence prevention. Students will also gain an understanding of campus resources and learn how to help others in need through risk-reduction strategies and bystander intervention. Aspire to Be Well sessions will begin late August and end November 3, 2016.
