  • The Standards of Behavior when interacting with minors;
  • An established set of Operating Standards for Youth programs and activities
  • An inventory system to document Clemson programs and faculty, staff, students, and volunteers who interact with minors, available to program directors and administrators through the Youth Safety Portal; and
  • Internal child abuse/neglect reporting requirements.
  • As the administrator of the Protection of Minors policy, the Pre-collegiate Programs Office will:
  • Facilitate program registration, event documentation, and affiliated personnel compliance through the Youth Safety Portal.
  • Maintain a database of individuals who have met the requirements of the Protection of Minors Policy;
