The College of Science offers multiple opportunities for prospective students to explore campus and learn about Clemson University’s cutting-edge degree programs. You can also preview any of our majors and request more information online. Contact the Visitors Center to schedule a campus tour and take your first step toward the admissions process.

Summer 2018 Open House

Our summer open house is July 20. 
Spend the afternoon meeting with academic advisers in your intended majors to discuss curriculum options, AP/IB/Dual Credit and research opportunities. There will also be opportunites to ask questions — and get answers. Prospective students will have the opportunity to visit two majors within the College of Science and tour the RiSE Living Learning Community. 

Pre-Professional Health Studies (non-degree-seeking) students should choose a listed major from the open house schedule. Students interested in pursing a career in a medical-related field should register for an academic meeting through the Open House link and attend the Health Profession Interest Session. Separate registration is required for both events.

Sharetta Bufford is a resource for prospective students as they’re discovering the opportunities within the College of Science. Sharetta coordinates recruiting events for the College, manages the Student Ambassador and Peer Mentoring programs, and serves as the college liasion for the RiSE and Connections living-learning communities.
