The Industrial Engineering Masters program is offered with both a thesis and non-thesis option and can be completed in as little as two semesters when pursued as part of the Combined BS/MS program. The M.S. program prepares graduates for careers in both industry and academia.

The Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering is a 100% online Master of Engineering designed for working professionals. Since 2008, the program has produced more than 300 graduates who are able to apply their new knowledge directly to their current work.

Systems Engineering - MENG

Our Master of Engineering Systems Engineering program at Clemson University allows students to stack graduate certificates to create a customized master’s degree aligned with their personal career goals. The program can be completed online or in person at the Clemson or Charleston campus.

Doctor of Philosophy

The Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering program is a 60-credit-hour degree program comprised of a core curriculum and doctoral research. The Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering is designed for students pursuing a career in research, teaching, or highly specialized fields.

B.S./M.S. Combined Program

Industrial engineering undergraduates may begin an M.S. degree program while completing their B.S. degree. This provides undergrads a head-start on graduate studies by allowing them to use a limited number of graduate courses to satisfy requirements for both the B.S. and M.S. degrees.
