The department of Campus Activities and Events offers various types of reservable spaces to students, faculty and staff and non-affiliated guests as permitted by the facility use policy. These venues, which we divide into East and Central campus include three large event and meeting venues as well as nine outdoor reservable spaces.
*We manage nine outdoor reservable spaces. These spaces include Bowman Field, Carillon Garden, Cox Plaza, Military Heritage Plaza, Johnstone Meadows, North Green, Outdoor Theater (Amphitheatre), Union Courtyard, Union Plaza, President's Rotunda, Hendrix Breezeway, and the Lever Beach and its surrounding plazas.
Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend submitting your request several months in advance for many of our spaces.
