Group Fitness classes are FREE to all members of Fike Recreation Center - valid ID cards must be presented for entrance. Schedules are available at the Welcome Center.
Late entry to classes is not permitted.

Morning ROAR: This 45 minute workout mixes cardio movements and strength exercises. Morning ROAR uses a variety of equipment working both the upper and lower body. This workout is for everyone at all levels of fitness to tone, strengthen, and have fun reaching your personal fitness goals!
Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation and provides healing for the body and the mind. It is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. Join this class to decompress and show your body some self-love!
Empower Yoga: This class consists of a series of movements synchronized with deep breathing. Students will focus on building strength, flexibility, balance and focus, and will leave the class feeling energized, refreshed and empowered. The aim is to fit all fitness levels, so anyone is welcome!
Off the Barre: This class will combine ballet style movements for a full body workout. No prior dance experience necessary! Plus, get ready for a killer core workout without the lower back pain!
Pilates: Pilates increases balance, flexibility, and posture. Participants isolate their core muscles while sculpting the rest of the body. This class introduces the seven core principles of the discipline.
Solid COREange: This quick, 30-minute express class focuses on all-around core strength including both the abdominal, oblique, and lower back regions. Incorporating a variety of equipment as well as your own body weight, get ready to strengthen the muscles that are the foundation of all movement. Join us for this quick but intense workout!
Yoga Flow (Vinyasa Flow Yoga): This class consists of a series of movements synchronized with deep breathing. 30-30-30: Your muscles will be surprised every week with this new 90-minute class that incorporates 30 minutes of three different formats. If you’re up for the challenge and an element of surprise, kickstart your weekend with a guaranteed full-body workout!
BOSU Burn: Come join us for a cardio and strength class using the BOSU - Both Sides Utilized! This equipment is used throughout this class to strengthen the core and all major muscle groups. Come add a balance challenge to all of your favorite exercises!
Circuit Training: This class includes approximately two to three 15 minute rounds of intense exercise for the upper and lower body, abdominals, as well as cardio work. Plyometrics and dynamic movement are incorporated to achieve muscle toning and body sculpting. If you want a challenge, this is the class for you!
Cycling (Sunrise Cycle, Happy Hour Cycle): Pedal your heart out in this effective cardio workout through hill climbing drills, race pace exercises, interval work and pace pedaling while sculpting the lower body.
Kettlebell (Kettlebell & Kore): This class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! The kettlebell is a piece of equipment that engages your muscles with rounds of heart-pumping strength and cardio segments. This is a great class to include in your training program to make sure your muscles and mind are never bored!
Kickboxing: Hit it or quit it! This class combines typical kickboxing moves including punches, kicks, and combos to make this an action-packed, super fun, and effective cardio workout!
Outdoor Adventure: Like to work out but can’t stand being inside a stuffy gym? Then this class is for you! Get your fresh-air fix with this class that takes the exercises outdoors. Outdoor Adventure will use the natural environment of Clemson University to make sure you get a well-rounded workout. Exercises will include running drills, body-weight exercises, and other creative exercises to have fun and get fit in the outdoors! All fitness levels welcome. *PLEASE NOTE: This class will be cancelled if the temperature is lower than 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pedal & Pump:This class brings all the benefits of Cycling and Strength Training into one! In this 60-minute class, you will get about 30 minutes of sprints, jumps, and climbs, and 30 minutes of strength training to tone from head to toe. If you want one workout to tackle cardio and resistance training, this is the class for you!
Power Yoga (Power Flow Yoga): Don’t like the slow nature of yoga? This class may change your mind! Yoga Flow is a physically challenging class that consists of flowing through a series of poses that will get your heart rate up and make you feel like you just crushed a killer strength workout. This class provides an atmosphere to advance your practice while still building strength and increasing flexibility.
TigerPUMP: Formerly known as Total Strength, TigerPUMP is that weight training class that you’ve been looking for! The use of barbells and adjustable weights build strength and round out your workout routine. Every muscle group is worked throughout the class to create a challenging but exciting workout each time. Don't miss out on the challenge!
Werk It: Werk It brings hip-hop inspired movements and routines to get your heart rate up and mix up your cardio workouts. If you’re looking for something new and exciting, join this easy-to-follow dance fitness class!
We Too Deep: Join us for a deep water fitness class that delivers a full body workout! This football-training inspired class will focus on muscle conditioning and cardio in and out of the pool.
Zumba: Salsa, cumbia, and merengue your way through this non-stop, get-down-and-dance, Latin-inspired, high energy workout!
“All In” Tabata: Tabata-style workouts are taking the fitness world by storm! This is a high-intensity workout that incorporates 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 sessions, or ONE tabata. This 45-minute express workout packs a punch and after a few Tabatas, you’ll definitely be feeling it!
Quick HIIT: HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, one of the newest trends in express workouts! This class uses a variety of equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes, and your own body weight to make this the ultimate workout that will condition your body like no other! Great if you are crunched for time, as this class is action-packed into a 30-minute express workout!
