About Robert: Robert has been involved with the CORE Program since he was a student at Clemson in late 90's.  After graduating from Clemson in 2001 he left South Carolina with his wife Sarah and dogs to see the country.  He worked as a seasonal raft guide in Washington State and with the Army and Air Force Outdoor Programs in New York and California.  In August of 2006 he returned to Clemson to work as the Director of the Outdoor Program.  Stop by the Outdoor Office at the Campus Beach to talk to him about the next exciting CORE Adventure Trip.

About Jonathan: Jonathan is a master's student in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management. He completed his undergraduate in Outdoor Leadership from the University of Arkansas in 2009. Jonathan guided for two seasons on the San Juan River in Southern Utah. Jonathan also worked for four years at the University of Arkansas' Outdoor Connection Center where he guided many trips to places including, Horseshoe Canyon Ranch AR, Ouray CO, Grand Canyon National Park AZ,  Guadalupe National Park TX, and Last Chance Canyon NM. About Jon: Jon is a Masters Student in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management. Jon graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2001 with an undergraduate degree in Outdoor Recreation. Jon currently serves CORE as one of the Student Climbing Wall Managers and trip leader. Having spent most of his career as a residential camp director for the YMCA, Jon has also worked in wilderness therapy with adjudicated teens and guided rafting, climbing and expedition style trips. Jon has trekked in many countries and says his favorite is the Himalaya.

About Adam: This local boy has been enjoying the fruits of the southeast his whole life.  Adam enjoys paddling and hiking the most of all outdoor activities, but also enjoys skiing and adventure races too.  Trips to be remembered:  Yosemite (hiking), Mt. About Brad: I'm a senior Mechanical Engineering major from the suburbs of Atlanta but I'm proud to call Clemson my home! I have been mountain biking about as long as I can remember but really got hooked when I started working at the local bike shop back in high school. As a trip leader with CORE, I was fortunate enough to go on the MOAB mountain biking trip in the Spring Break 2011. This inspired me to do more traveling and riding so this past summer I went on a month-long, solo road trip to the West Coast and British Columbia. I rode some epic trials, slept in my car for weeks, met some amazing people, and caught up with old friends. It was truly the highlight of my summer and possibly of my life to date! I look forward to traveling the globe and riding in places I can only dream of.  If I could make one recommendation, it would be to try new things outside your comfort zone. You will have more fun than you could have possibly imagined.

About Tripp: I grew up on the coast of south carolina, always in the water, either sailing, kiteboarding, or surfing. When I went to Clemson, I fell in love with the blue ridge mountains and their rivers. I love exploring the blue ridge either by kayak or mountain bike. I learned how to whitewater kayak on the Chattooga and French Broad and now spend most of my time on the Green River. In the past, I have worked in Jackson Hole, WY as a raft guide and kayak instructor on the Snake River. About AJ: AJ is a senior in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management, graduating in August 2011. AJ has been hiking and camping since the days of his youth, and is currently venturing into paddling. AJ is an avid reader, aspiring writer, and can often be found in a hammock with a book. After college he plans to make plans for things to do after college.

About Maggie: Maggie is a sophomore Architecture major here at Clemson. Her love of the outdoors was sparked at a young age while attending summer camp in the North Carolina Mountains.  Maggie has hiked her share of wilderness miles, slept in the woods too many nights to count, completed an Outward Bound Program, and is a certified Wilderness First Responder. She is always game for an adventure!
