Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate

The Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate is available to graduate students in engineering and science disciplines across campus. The certificate is intended to serve students who

  • envision an entrepreneurial career as their long-range career goal,
  • want to be involved in new product and business activities within a corporate setting, 
  • seek a better understanding of the process of commercializing inventions.

Requirements for the minor or certificate are nine credit hours including

  • ELE 400/600 Technology Entrepreneurship
  • ELE 800 Selected Topics in Technology Entrepreneurship
  • Choices of:

    • MBA 845 Technology and Innovation Management
    • MBA 875 Enterprise Development
