CLEMSON – Cindy Roper, Research and Planning Administrator at the Charles H. Houston Center, will conduct a research workshop for students and faculty. The workshop will take place in Room G-09 in Tillman Hall, Thursday, October 24 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Participants will learn how to fit a model, run an analysis, and interpret simple and multiple regression analyses. They will also become familiar with various assumptions for regression models and how to recognize violations of these assumptions.

"This workshop is designed to provide students and faculty with some of the skills needed to effectively use regression in their research. It’s also an opportunity for them to use real-world data and to experience and recognize some of the problems that we often encounter with this type of data," said Roper.
