    Other students have said…
"Taking the whitewater kayaking class started as something more to get over my basic fears of being trapped underwater. However, as the semester moved along, not only did I become more comfortable in the kayak moving around and playing games like water polo, but I also grew to love my classmates! It was awesome to finally find some people who had some passion for trying something new and taking some risks. By the time the final trip came along, we were able to have a great time laughing at and with each other while also feeling comfortable and safe with Robert leading the group! I highly recommend you take as many leisure skills as possible! These are experiences you may never get again and friends who will always be willing to stick by your side." (Fall 2011)
