Do you have a log in?
Log in information has not been posted online to maintain security of the database. To access this activity reporting database, however, you must sign up for a secure log in. For more information on this, please contact your regional coordinator, who can direct you to the Clemson service where you can create an account.
If you have a log in…
Once you signed up for a log in from the Clemson provider (RaidP), you should have received an email requesting confirmation of your new account and change of password.
If you did not receive this email, it may have been blocked by your email provider. Please check your junk folders, and if you find this email, you will have to set up a new password (see below). Also, be sure to add RaidP to your safe sender’s list. RaidP sends maintenance alert emails, which you should receive so that you know when the database will be inaccessible.
If you did receive this email, but did not act on it, you will need to request a new password. The response window for this request is minimal (approximately 24 hours), and therefore, the emailed password will not work for you. Please visit the RaidP website and follow the link for “Request New Password.”
If you have a log in and have confirmed your account (i.e., changed the password originally set for you by the program)…
Check your pop up blocker. Once you are logged in, your web browser will attempt to open a new window (or tabbed window) for the activity database entry form. You can either click on the bar above the page to turn pop up blocker off or hold Cntrl + C while clicking on Activity Database to allow for the new window.
If you have forgotten your password…
When you visit the RaidP website, there is a link for “Request New Password.”
