Creating an online form

There are many options for generating an online form. This page will assist you in generating a simple form with an email message, like so...

This form field is built in the HTML editor with code to define the table regions and actions.

1. In the WYSIWYG editor of the desired web page, choose the HTML tab (cascade's html button).

2. Copy the following code and paste it into the Pop-up HTML editor:

3. Locate the code: <input name="recipient".....>  at the bottom of the above code and replace value="psa_WEB-l@clemson.edu" with the appropriate email address.  

4. Choose "Update" from the bottom of the HTML editor.

5. "Submit" the page after giving it a "System name" and proper Meta Data.
