Editing a table's design

Once you've inserted a table you may notice that it is not behaving the way you anticipated. Columns are not even, the table is too small (or too big, pushing all of the page's formatting around), the text is not lining up the way you want...etc.!

Here are a few solutions.

The WYSIWYG solution is to "right click" while your cursor is in a table cell. This will bring up a table editing menu. This has many features for making modifications to your table. If you do not see this pop up menu, please read more about your browser settings

HTML solution—choose HTML from your WYSIWYG buttons. You can now edit the entire content section using HTML.
