The 2014 Southeastern Wildlife Conclave will take place at Clemson University, March 20-22, 2014.

Special group lodging rates have been set for Conclave participants at the Comfort Inn & Suites and Camp Hope.  The deadline to receive these reduced group rates is March 1st.  Space is limited at Camp Hope, so please send in your registration forms dictating your preference for Camp Hope as soon as possible.  Once all the cabins are filled at Camp Hope, reservations can only be made at Comfort Inn.

Rate: $65.00 plus tax per night, 2 Double or 2 King Beds; Full hot breakfast served in lobby from 6-10 am is included in the rate. The hotel also includes a gym and a conference room.

Rate: $200.00 per night/cabin, 10 twin beds per cabin; Each cabin is carpeted and equipped with dressers, chairs, a full bathroom, heating and lighting; Breakfast and a communal lounge is included.

Making Reservations:  Please check appropriate box on registration form. Priority for cabins will be given based on postmark date of registration form. Schools will be notified by email if cabins are available.

Payment: Each school is requested to guarantee their reservations with a credit card.  Official payment will be made when you check into your hotel. Group cancel date is no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
