CI Travel GrantsThe Creative Inquiry program offers competitive grants for CI undergraduate student travel. Funds may be used for students to travel to present the results of a Creative Inquiry project at a state, regional or national professional conference or other venue and for a faculty member or other team leader to accompany them. Preference is given to travel that is completed before June 30, 2013. Limited funding may be available for travel after July 1, 2013. |
Summer CI grantsCI mentors are invited to apply for funds to support salaries in early summer (May-June) for undergraduate students to continue CI project work. Eligibility is restricted to undergraduate students who: will not graduate earlier than August 2013; are either enrolled in a Fall 2012 - Spring 2013 CI project OR are preregistered for a Fall 2013 - Spring 2014 CI project. |
Request for Supplemental CI Supplies FundsIf a student CI project requires costly supplies, the CI mentor may request additional funding, within reason. These funds are only for undergraduate student CI project supplies. They may not be used for supplies normally provided for a course, for faculty professional development or to purchase supplies/equipment for you or your grad students' research. |

MAD EntrepreneursThe Arthur M. Spiro Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership recognizes the need to provide experiences beyond the classroom for young entrepreneurs. MAD Entrepreneurial Challenge is designed to assist entrepreneurs: those who are motivated by a desire to help, improve and transform social, environmental, educational and economic conditions. The completion requires that a team produce a three-minute video showing the difference that they have made in the community. |
