Minority Scholarship Program

About The program consists of three elements designed to increase students' interest in the environmental profession and to support them in defining career goals.

Objectives Support is provided for students with a declared major in the following fields: civil, chemical or environmental engineering or one of the environmental sciences (e.g. biology, geology, hydrogeology, ecology).
Eligibility Candidates for the Brown and Caldwell Scholarship Program must: be a United States citizen or permanent resident; be a full-time student enrolled in his/her junior year at an accredited four-year undergraduate college; have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent on a 5.0 scale); and be a member of a minority group as defined by the EEOC (e.g. African American, Hispanic, Asian or Pacific Islander, Native American or Alaska Native).
Funding The sponsor will provide the selected student with: $5,000 in tuition scholarship.
