As you recall, the Urban Land Institute was invited in October, 2004 to offer advice and guidance on a process of how to address land as a part of our Top 20 strategy. In this study, parcels of land close to campus were selected for their hypothetical examination. At the conclusion of the study, a verbal report was shared publicly and a written report was scheduled to follow. Click here for the written report in PDF format.
As stated in the public meeting, this was a volunteer effort and no specific action is planned regarding the ULI recommendations. We appreciate the time these volunteers gave Clemson. A public copy of this report will also be available soon on the Clemson University Web
Any further discussion on land issues will take place under the guidance and leadership of President Barker. This will be an open and thorough public process.
Thank you for your assistance.
