The Clemson Experience is about more than classes. It is the opportunity to make lifelong connections with faculty, staff and friends through a club or organization. It is learning about new cultures at various diversity programs or making a new friend on an alternative break trip. It is the bonding that comes with Living-Learning Communities or by playing intramural sports.
While the Division of Student Affairs praises and celebrates the work our students do inside the classroom, the learning that one experiences outside of the classroom should not be forgotten, as it comprises the traditions and memories that make our students who they are.
Graduate student Sabrina Brown said it best when she said, "Without Student Affairs, I would have never found my passion and calling in life. I don't know if I would be the same person I am today." She and the rest of our Tigers help to create the nation's most engaged, satisfied and successful student body on a daily basis.
