Experience
Extensive Project Management experience in the construction industry with TEPCON Construction and Harkins Theatres managing retrofit, remodel and renovation projects for large commercial buildings.
Teaching Focus
Teaches the CSM materials and methods courses (Concrete, Wood, Steel, Stone, Wood, Roofing, Cladding, Finishes).
Research Focus
Performance Metrics, Expertise Based Procurement, Construction Workforce, Facility Management.
Service Focus
Serves as the faculty advisor for the student chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Member of the International Facility Management Association. Also serves as a reviewer for multiple national conferences and journals.
