Massage Therapy at Fike Recreation Center

Campus Recreation Massage Therapy is a great way to help relieve pain, headaches, stress, insomnia, and general tension.

Massage Therapy services are available to Clemson University students, employees, alumni, Fike members, and the general public.

Massage Therapy Hours of Operation:

  • Monday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m..

  • Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

ONLINE BOOKING: We are now accepting online appointment bookings through the MindBody software. Please click the link below or download the MINDBODY app on the iTunes App store or the Google Play store and select Clemson Campus Recreation.

General Policies:

  • Massage Therapy services can be booked online through www.MindBodyOnline.com.

  • Appointments can be booked up to 90 days in advance and the appointment booking window closes within 4 hours of the appointment time. 

  • Walk-in appointments are not available at this time.

  • Payment is to be made prior to service at the front desk of the Welcome Center in Fike Recreation Center. Please bring a copy of your receipt to the massage therapist at the time of your service.

  • Children 17 and under must have parental consent to receive massage services.

  • Packages cannot be split between different parties.


Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by using the MINDBODY software to cancel your appointment, or by emailing fikemassagetherapy@clemson.edu. Cancellations that are made within the 24-hour window will be assessed a $15 fee that will be placed on the client's account. Access to Fike Recreation Center will be frozen until fee is paid at the Welcome Center or by calling 864-656-7617. Fees are non-refundable.

All massage packages, services, and gift cards expire 90 days after purchase. Any unused sessions will be unavailable after that time. Refunds will not be provided past the expiration date.

Meet your Massage Therapist!

Lisa Hughes LMBT is a SC licensed massage therapist, and a graduate of the massage therapy program at Greenville Technical College. She also serves on the GTCollege Advisory Board for Massage Therapy. She has been working as a Fike Recreation Center massage therapist since February, 2013. She has gained certification and experience in Sports Massage Therapy through the sports massage program at GTCollege, which is also affiliated with Clemson University Athletics. She has traveled with the Track and Field team during the 2013-2014 Indoor Track season, and worked with other university teams including the Auburn Women's Soccer and UVA Men's Tennis teams. Lisa volunteers her time with the GTCollege externship program and Clemson Athletics to mentor future massage therapists in careers of Sports Massage. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and her mission as a massage therapist is to facilitate wholeness of mind, body and spirit to people of all ages and health backgrounds seeking healing through massage therapy.
