Campus Recreation's authorized personal trainers offer individual comprehensive exercise programs designed to meet the goals of their clients. From the novice to the experienced exerciser, our trainers have the knowledge and skill to work with you to help you achieve your personal fitness and wellness goals.

*With any individual session purchases, clients will be required to purchase and schedule a fitness assessment in addition to their personal training session to provide personal trainers with baseline information regarding current health and fitness.
**The first session of all package purchases will consist of a consultation and fitness assessment in addition to an initial guided workout.
Before registering and paying for services, please complete the Personal Training Registration Packet. This packet may be downloaded, completed, and turned in to the Welcome Center in Fike Recreation Center or completed upon arrival. Once received, a trainer will be assigned.

Kristin is a certified personal trainer with with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a former member of the Clemson Rowing Team, Kristin knows first hand the dedication, knowledge, and motivation to make changes in fitness. She knows how to get results and improve health through resistance and cardiovascular training. Kristin's workout programs are specifically designed for each client and include exercises, training, and advice to reach the personal goals of each client whether it is to lose weight, improve body composition, increase cardiovascular endurance or maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Candice has served in the health and wellness community for over 14 years. The last 10 years have been dedicated to changing lives as an elite level personal trainer in Lawrence, KS and she looks forward to doing the same here in Clemson.
She has extensive experience working with clients of varying health and fitness levels, including; pre & post natal, peri & post menopause, older adults, running groups, and adolescent athletes. Candice earned a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health Education from Iowa State University, and holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise and USA Weightlifting.
Her focus is on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual development of each individual through private sessions or small groups including initial assessment, nutrition, and program design. Candice teaches how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate exercise.
Jeremiah is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is a former Rugby State Champion, an avid Crossfitter, competes in endurance obstacle course races such as the Spartan Race. He has a strong passion for health and fitness and wants to help his clients achieve success in fat loss, strength, and overall health and well-being. Jeremiah has used his training and knowledge to work with clients of all fitness backgrounds ranging from stay at home mothers looking to shed a few pounds to athletes working on increasing their speed and agility. So whether you are new to the fitness world or an active athlete, Jeremiah has the ability to get his clients where they want to be.
