The Women's Locker Room will be closed Thursday, March 22, from 8 a.m.–Noon due to maintenance. Patrons will still be able to access lockers, pass through to the Sauna/Steam Room, and use the Family Restroom, but cannot use the showers or restrooms.
There will be no open recreation on the Upper & Lower Intramural Fields until further notice.
Over the next few weeks, there will be painting on the high ceilings from the Boxing Hallway to the Climbing Wall from 10 p.m.–7 a.m. each day. These areas will remain open during this time.
The Main Court Gym and Indoor Track will be closed due to floor refinishing beginning Friday, March 16, through Friday, March 21. There may be a strong odor in the facility as a result of the maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Spring Break Hours (March 17–24)

Saturday, March 17: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Sunday, March 18: Noon–8 p.m.
Monday, March 19–Friday, March 23: 5:30 a.m.–9 p.m.*
Saturday March 24: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.

Normal Hours begin again on Sunday, March 25.

*Pool will close at 8:30 p.m. The Climbing Wall will be closed during Spring Break.

Functional Training Studio

The concept of functional training is growing in popularity within recreation and fitness settings as it better prepares our bodies for our daily tasks and jobs. It can also be defined as movement or exercise that allows us to perform our tasks with better performance or efficiency. Functional training can help improve strength, power, speed, flexibility, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, injury prevention, posture and more. The new Functional Training Studio will be open over spring break, March 19–23, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

New IMLeagues Login

Participants should use their Clemson username and iROAR password to login on IMLeagues to sign up for group fitness classes and intramural sports.
