Connecting with alumni can be a terrific way to stay connected as a student and after graduation.

The themes of groups offered most semesters are personal growth, enhancing interpersonal relationship skills, coping with adjustment to college, and coping with anxiety in social situations. Support and psychoeducational groups are also routinely offered. These include support groups for graduate students and LGBTQ students.
