The Clemson University wordmark is the central element in the institutional identification program. The wordmark consists of the stacked words "Clemson" and "University" separated by a rule (line). The wordmark is set in a customized version of Goudy typeface in all capital letters. The wordmark replaces the former University logo known as the "CU and flame," which should no longer be used.
Trademark Infringement: Suspected trademark infringement should be reported immediately to Director of University Trademarks and Licensing, by phone at (864) 656-2115 or by email at clemsonlicensing-l@clemson.edu. Please include the URL if the image has been used on the Internet.
Use: The wordmark should be used whenever it is appropriate to visually identify the University. The wordmark must appear on the front or back of all publications and printed materials, all titles for films, videotapes and slide presentations, University Web pages, all official signage and certain University vehicles. Exceptions must be approved by the Department of Publications and Promotion. The wordmark also may be used for merchandising or promotional items. Correct use of the wordmark is shown.

Digital files for the wordmarks are available on Share/Share in Media/Graphics/CUGraphics or 300 dpi jpgs for download.
