This course is offered to rising 10th — 12th graders.
This one-week course investigates how genetic research is changing our lives. Students will use DNA fingerprinting to identify suspects at a mock crime scene, use PCR to detect genetically modified foods, use bioinformatics to analyze and compare DNA sequences.
This course is offered during Session 1 (June 5th, 2016 — June 11th, 2016) AND Session 3 (June 19th, 2016 — June 25th, 2016). Click here to view the schedule.
Tuition for this course is $900 before April 1st. On April 1st, tuition increases to $1000. To receive the Early Bird Discount, tuition must be paid in full before April 1st.
