College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities

Undergraduate Admissions

Undergraduate admission to the School of Architecture is based on academic performance and limited by space availability. Neither a portfolio nor an interview is required by the School of Architecture as part of the admission process.  Therefore, all applications are processed through the Office of Admissions.  There is not a separate application process for the architecture program. Prospective students are advised to apply to Clemson's Office of Admissions early in the fall of their senior year in high school. The School of Architecture offers presentations every Friday during the academic year for those who are interested in applying.  You may schedule appointments by calling the School of Architecture office at (864)656-3938.

Admission to the University is competitive and is based primarily upon high school curriculum, grades, class standing, test scores and choice of major. To apply for admission, students must submit a high school transcript through their guidance counselor and have official results of the SAT I or ACT sent directly from the testing agency. For an application or additional information, visit the admissions Web site at http://www.clemson.edu/prospective-students/ or contact:
