Christopher Grau

Dr. Grau received his Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University and his B.A. from New York University. Chris specializes in ethics (including applied ethics), topics in metaphysics (personal identity, free will), and philosophy & film. He has work published or forthcoming in collections from Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Routledge, and Blackwell. He has articles published or forthcoming in the Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism, the Journal of Moral Philosophy, Midwest Studies in Philosophy, Philo, and Philosophical Topics. (Papers are available online at the webpage link above.) Prior to coming to Clemson, Chris was Visiting Assistant Professor at UNC – Chapel Hill and Assistant Professor at Florida International University in Miami.
