Student Mail Services

Welcome! All applicable students should have received their unique shipping address. You may start shipping your items to the University. Remember, all fields of the address must be used to verify the recipient. If any are missing, the item may be returned to carrier. Once we receive your item and route it to is pickup destination, you will receive an email directing you to pick it up. It is extremely important that you read that email carefully as it will tell you exactly where to go to pick up your package. We do ask that you make every effort to pick your item up promptly as is allows room for more incoming items.

Student Mail Services utilizes the latest technology and to provide exceptional letter and accountable mail item delivery through state-of-the-art digital locker and dynamic mail systems. We also offer full retail shipping and additional services for students, faculty and staff through the Student Post Office located in the top floor of the Dillard Building.

Please note that we are not an official Federal Post Office and do not provide services such as money orders or passport photos. Our services are for personal use only and may be rented by staff members, organizations and/or students living off-campus through the Clemson University Marketplace.

Your student credentials or government issued ID is required when picking up mail items.
