Per the Clemson University Student Handbook, "Anyone may initiate a complaint against any student or student organization for misconduct. The complaint should be submitted in writing and directed to the Office of Community and Ethical Standards." For your convenience, this complaint can now be submitted electronically. When you click "submit" the incident report will automatically be sent to one of our staff members who will review the report and forward it to the appropriate individual(s). Note: Any University Housing Resident Assistant submitting an incident report must copy both his or her GCD/CD on-call on the report submission.
