Welcome to the HR Service Center!
We are implementing a
“one-stop experience” for addressing all HR questions and
providing information about all HR services. Our goal is to consistently
and effectively deliver excellent customer service. To achieve this
goal, the HR Service Center is based on three unique
components:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) - We are in the process
of building a comprehensive database of HR-related questions in a searchable format. This will be a “self-service” function.

Ask-HR
- We are in the process of developing an interactive
online function where you will be able to submit any HR-related
question or request for information. An HR representative in Central HR
will research and respond to your question or request for information
and will then contact you via email and/or phone.

HR Toolkits
- We are in the process of developing toolkits
that will primarily be utilized by HR professionals in order to assist
them with preparing and processing common HR transactions.
We
are hopeful that all users of the HR Service Center find a component
that best suits their needs for addressing specific questions or
providing information on HR services.
