My department was scheduled to "Go Live" on Kronos, but I heard that the rollout was suspended. Why?
A recent Kronos upgrade has resulted in severe performance issues for existing University departments already operating in Kronos. Simply put, areas that were previously running smoothly are now experiencing issues with internet browsers and specific Java versions.
In an effort to stabilize areas already using Kronos and address technical needs before additional implementations, rollouts that were scheduled for late 2013 have been suspended to early next year.
