The Bob Campbell Geology Museum
The Bob Campbell Geology Museum (BCGM), located in the South Carolina Botanical Garden on the campus of Clemson University, houses an impressive collection of over 10,000 rocks, minerals, fossils and gemstones. Starting as a small collection in a closet at Clemson University, the BCGM became a stand-alone museum in 1998. Located on the SC National Heritage Corridor just 15 minutes from I-85, the BCGM hosts thousands of visitors a year, including school children, college students, scholars, local residents and tourists from around the world.
