College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Science*

The College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences invites prospective students and their families to learn more about the programs available for undergraduates. Destination Clemson is a structured afternoon visitation program in conjunction with the Universitywide campus walking tour that allows prospective students and their guests to visit the majors, faculty and staff within the college, as well as attend breakout sessions and meet other prospective as well as current students.

1-1:45 p.m. Guided tours of college facilities led by Architecture, Art and Humanities (AAH) students. Leaving from the ’55 Exchange, Hendrix Center. Tour options include:

  • Lee Hall (architecture, landscape architecture, visual arts and construction science management)
  • Brooks Center (performing arts: theatre, music, audio technology)
  • Professional Communication Center, Language Lab, Social Media Listening Center, Hardin Hall (English, communication studies, modern languages, language and international trade, and health, history and philosophy)

School of Nursing Group Tours
3-4:30 p.m., April 11 and April 18
Nursing Group Tours for all students interested in nursing. The tour will be an overview of admissions procedures to the program, a tour of our simulated learning lab facility and a time for questions. Prior registration is required, and space is limited. Please email kristig@clemson.edu with your name, high school, number in party, email address for confirmation and a phone number where you may be reached on the day of the event.

The Calhoun Honors College will host informal drop-in receptions for students accepted for fall 2014. These receptions will be held in the Honors Center (located in Holmes Hall) and provide an opportunity for you and your family to meet Honors staff, faculty and students. Parking:

Full-day, free parking is available in lot P-4, beside Jervey Athletic Center, with free shuttles to the Hendrix Center, which will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Limited metered parking is available elsewhere around campus, please be advised that, depending on the location, meters offer parking for limited amounts of time (1 hour, 3 hours, etc.), and payment is required.
