Anna- Picking up tours/ Tour Changes
**REMINDER: Check your emails, and please keep track of when you're giving tours!
-Does ANYONE have Tuesday/Thursday AM availabilities? If so, e-mail Anna ASAP!
-Reminder: you have to give one tour a month!
Michael- Updates with new guides- they're great!
-Speakers will be at the VC next Sunday afternoon, giving info to share on tours.
If you want to come, definitely do. Michael will send out a list of who all will be coming.
MacKenzie- Special tours
-Reminder: If you are going to have to miss a meeting, e-mail me at mbartz@clemson.edu BEFORE the meeting starts, or else you will be marked as absent.
Damon- Welcome back to Jonathan!
-Next to last weekend of February (23rd) is National Scholars weekend. You can host a family if you would like…really chill, lots of fun. E-mail Tracey if you would like to help.
Helen- Check out the bathrooms! Yay Clemson!
-Parking passes- they are REALLY getting strict about them. When you come to give a tour, DO NOT plan on parking here…park as if you were coming to class. Sorry, but it's the easiest way to keep up with them.
-Revamping of the tour- went over basic questions with the transition team to remind what we're doing as tour guides. Just to make sure that the information we're presenting and the way it’s presented is good.
-3:30-4:30 every day, come to the VC to have a talk session with a transition team member.
-If you know a new tour guide, and even if you don't, please congratulate them and welcome them to our group! We ARE one big happy family after all.
-Heads up: Helen and Tracey may be joining your tour just to see what's going on out there.
Damon- When going into Manning, please make sure your group avoids the "Spill the
Beans" wall. So just make sure you know where they are all the time.
-If someone gets a phone call this week from a guy named Mark, it's because Damon give him the list of our roster. This has to do with an internship.

SAC will be having a drop-in soon, recruiting for new members within the next month, so keep an eye out.
