• Please give great tours when you have new guides shadowing you - we want them to be AWESOME!
• Take time to really review each tour with them, don't just say "Good Job."
• This process is a great opportunity to look at how the review you too, take advantage of that.
• New attendance board rules are explained.

Laura - VP of Scheduling

• Reminder - excuses due by NOON the day of the meeting
