The desk workers have requested that everyone make sure that when you come in for a tour you do not stand behind the desk. They also want to make sure you let them know when you arrive to the VC. If you have a tour, COME to it!!! Also, get here early for tours. If there are visitors waiting, talk to them and get some early questions out of the way.
End of the year party on the 19th of April at the Outdoor Lab, we decided to have it at 5 o’clock and it will be catered by the Outdoor Lab. Don’t forget this is where we take the next year’s postcard picture so wear orange!!!
Lindsay Musto, VP of Scheduling:
All regular tour changes through the start of exam week. We are right in the heart of Spring Break, if you get an e-mail regarding a tour that you can give, PLEASE volunteer. This is what you joined CUGA for!!!
Lindsay will send an e-mail with the needed tour times for exam week. This means you MUST respond!!!
Helen Adams sent around candy!!! Everyone who wasn’t here, be jealous!

Only needed two special tour switches through the rest of the school year. Over the summer, guides are still needed on June 12th at 10:30 am and 3:30 pm (2 guides for each).
Katherine put up all of the numbers for tours throughout this year. New guides voted for new guides and old guides only voted for other old guides. We will find out the results of best guide and best new guide at the party!
