-Recruiting for new guides to start soon, be thinking about helping out
3. Tour Guide Test
-At the next meeting, we'll be taking the tour guide test to refresh our memories and make sure we're all up to speed.
3. Anna- VP of Scheduling
-Look for the September schedule in the next day.
-Make sure to make note of when you'll be giving your tour.
-Everyone must give at least 1 a month.
-CUGA availabilities and cell #s will be included to make it easier to find someone to cover your tour if necessary.
-Get Anna your availabilities ASAP if you haven't already. Also send her your cell# if you weren't at the meeting tonight.
4. A few new things:
- Honors College requires you to fill out an application for entry now
- Manning door code has changed – ask at the front desk of the VC!
- There is NO asbestos in the ceilings of Manning (just fyi)
5. Dress Code Reminder:
- CUGA shirt
- khaki bottoms
- close toed shoes
6. Doughnuts and Directions
-Big thanks goes out to those who helped!
-We are putting together a committee for next year to coordinate this.
7. Jeremy Tolbert Social Chair
- Will be in charge of organizing Christmas and End of Year parties.
- Be thinking about if you want to be on the Social committee.
