South Carolina 4-H offers club membership, programs, activities and events on several topics including

The Summer Science, Engineering and Architecture Enrichment Program
The Summer Science, Engineering and Architecture Enrichment Program offers rising 7th- through 12th-graders one- to three-week residential camps to focus on a particular interest such as computer science, robotics or engineering. Project WISE
Project WISE is a one-week residential camp for rising 8th-grade girls. Last summer, Project WISE girls performed bypass surgery on a bovine heart in biology, made cosmetics in chemical engineering and designed Web pages in computer science. Camp Voyager
Camp Voyager is an interactive camp of the future for boys and girls ages 10 to 14. It brings together the best of traditional camp with the latest technology. Campers are given a mission, and in order to accomplish their mission, they are required to use Global Positioning Systems, Personal Digital Assistants and computers. South Carolina DNA Learning Center
The South Carolina DNA Learning Center offers modern genetics and biotechnology lessons for middle and high school classes during the school year. Students and teachers participate in hands-on laboratory field trips in the on-campus Center. External grants provide free or reduced fee lessons for South Carolina schools.
South Carolina Life
South Carolina Life provides life sciences education for middle school and high school students and their teachers. Students test their skills in the Biology Merit Exam and get a head-start on laboratory research in the Summer Program for Research Interns and community-based research projects. Teachers immerse themselves in topics such as natural history, genetics, biotechnology, forensics and learn to make their own interactive CDs. They take SCLIFE resources such as virtual field trips, equipment footlockers and lesson plans to their classrooms.
