Dr. Dogbey is a mathematics teacher educator and researcher, with a research interest in global education and international research collaboration in mathematics education. He holds a joint appointment in the Department of Teacher Education and the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Clemson University. He currently serves as department editor for the Mathematical Explorations section of the Mathematics Teaching in the Middle School, a journal run by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and also as the Field Director for the Clemson University International Leaders in Education Program - an international teacher education program run by the U.S. Department of State through the International Research and Exchanges Board. Dr. Dogbey is an active member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators (AMTE), the American Mathematical Society (AMS) and the Mathematical Association of Ghana (MAG).
