(**PLEASE NOTE: This is an 'Example' EPSC Site Inspection Form. It is intended to be self-explanatory and should pose no problem filling out correctly during each inspection visit. It includes an opportunity to collect information which is designed to meet the nine (9) minimum inspection requirements for the updated Phase II Construction General Permit in SC. Feel free to add your company logo or otherwise modify the contents to better suit your needs. Neither Clemson University, nor the course instructors will accept any responsibility if the form is not completed properly, thoroughly, or kept with the SWPPP.
