Note: Please review your information for accuracy before submitting your registration.

You may send an e-mail to sallyd@clemson.edu or call 803-726-7812 to request your premises ID number. You will receive a personal wallet size premises ID card in the mail within 1-2 weeks of registering that has your premises ID number on it.

If you are unable to register online or would rather register by mailing in a Premises ID Registration form, you may do so by downloading the form and returning it either by email or to the following address:
