Meeting Logistics

The weather in Clemson, SC in August can be hot and humid. Therefore, we recommend attendees dress appropriately.  As the reception on Sunday night and the dinner on Monday night will be held outside under the pavilion, attendees should dress casually. The venue is beautiful, adjacent to Lake Hartwell, but is a significant walk (3 – 4 km) from local restaurants.  Hence most meals will be included at the venue. Special food options will be available so please make sure you state any special food needs. We have worked extensively with caterers to insure high quality vegetarian, seafood-free, and pork-free options.

Meeting registration includes all meeting materials, morning and afternoon breaks, daily lunch, daily poster socials with refreshments, Monday evening Carolina Low Country Boil dinner, and the Wednesday night conference banquet featuring authentic US Southern Gourmet Cuisine.  An optional Barbeque dinner with music is available on Tuesday night.

Bus shuttles will be available to transport attendees from the Courtyard Hotel Clemson to the Conference Center and back.

Abstract submission & registration for nano2010 is closed.
