The SC Master Naturalist course, offered at FENCE through a partnership with Clemson University's Cooperative Extension Service in Spartanburg County, is open for enrollment for the spring. The twelve-week curriculum, meeting once per week, will begin on Saturday, September 10th and continue to November 12th. Successful graduates of the course will go on to conduct volunteer service in various projects, including leading natural history activities in schools and nature education centers. Once 30-hours of service is completed, participants will be certified as SC Master Naturalists.
