Responsibilities:
Dr. Dufault's appointment is 100% research in specialty food crop physiology and culture. Dr. Dufault also serves as Interim Director at CREC and team teaches a Vegetable Production Course for undergraduate and graduate students.

Research interest:
Current studies include 1) investigating season extension and forcing fall/winter strawberries in high tunnels with photoselective nets for the Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year’s holiday season; and 2) developing organic nutrient solutions to prescription feed organically grown vegetables.
