Introduction to the MS4 Permit: June 2014 Workshop

Posted 6/24/2014. The Center is proud to partner with US EPA and SC SDHEC to offer assistance to new MS4 communities on better understanding the permit and compliance process.  We collaborated on a workshop this month in Columbia, SC to give community staff an overview of their responsibilities under Phase II of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water program and gain their feedback on how agencies can assist them under this new designation.
